Avison Young Hospitality Group is pleased to highlight Brad Sinclair and Andy Broad, who are located in the Avison Young Atlanta and New Jersey offices, respectively.

Sinclair, a principal with the hospitality group, brings 10 years of hotel real estate experience to Avison Young, most recently as co-president of Hotel AG. He began his hotel brokerage career in 2007 and focuses on institutional sales, investor relations, branding and marketing, property analysis and overall growth strategy of the firm. He has been involved in several billion dollars of hotel real estate sales and is considered one of the top hotel brokers in the country.

Prior to a career in hotel real estate, Sinclair served as a pastor to college-age adults at a local non-denominational church. He is actively involved in the community through several non-profit charities and a local church. He is also the co-owner of a vintage mercantile store in McDonough, Georgia.

Broad, a principal with the hospitality group, has more than 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, with over 15 years in the hotel brokerage sector. Prior to joining Avison Young, he was a co-president with Hotel AG, where he established a proven track record in hotel brokerage. He also has extensive experience with third-party hotel management contracts and brand development.

Since becoming a hotel broker in 2007, Broad has been involved in several billion dollars of hotel real estate and, like Sinclair, is considered one of the top brokers in the country. He was recently a member of the board of directors of Morgan’s Hotel Group; he relinquished the position upon the sale of MHGC in late 2016. Broad is a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.

“Brad and Andy have been an integral part of building the Avison Young Hospitality Group,” said Keith Thompson, principal at Avison Young. “Their leadership within the company and the growth of the hospitality group has been second to none and their presence has enabled the team to be considered as one of the top hotel brokerage firms in the U.S. “
