Happy New Year to you, your families and your teams! As always this time of year, we all take the time to reflect on the previous year and look forward to the future. 2017 was an amazing year for The Carver Companies, and if early activity is any indication, 2018 will be nothing short of game changing!

To keep you in the loop, I'd like to share some of our successes from 2017 and give you a glimpse into our growth plans for 2018 for each division of our organization.

From a Task Force perspective, we now have over 600 Consultants available across all disciplines. This means whatever your need or location, we can often have a hospitality professional in your hotel as quickly as the next business day! In 2018, we will continue to expand our network of consultants in the United States and begin to expand our network to include Canada and the United Kingdom!

In the world of search, we continue to add Executive Recruiters, strategically placed in key geographic markets across North America, to assure that we know your market and the available candidates, so that we can make the right placement, quickly! With a network of over 30,000 hospitality professionals, our job is to connect your team with the right addition. In 2018 all recruiters will be merged into Carver's proprietary CRM system BIB, and be able to search both potential permanent candidates and task force consultants from one screen!

Contract Labor continues to grow and we continue to look for ways to do things "better than our competition, not differently than our competition". In 2017 our technology increased to include geo-centric time management and reporting. We brought our Housekeepers and F&B Teams exceptional benefits such as: Three levels of health insurance, PTO, 401K plans, supplemental health and life insurance options, and a range of banking options including free checking and discounted credit cards, auto loans and mortgages! In 2018 we will continue our focus on growing the contract labor core in Atlanta and additional markets as they make sense.

Simply put, in 2017, The Carver Companies became the largest, hospitality facing human capital organization in North America. In 2018, our job is to continue to expand our network to include Canada and begin exploration into the United Kingdom. The first step is bringing all divisions in the company on to a single operating platform. That will assure that we can access the background and skill set of every candidate in our database, every time, Task Force, Permanent Search or Contract Labor!
