Triumph Hotels – Cyber Monday Multichannel Campaign HeBS Digital and Triumph Hotels used the Cyber Monday Campaign to power through a traditionally slow season in the New York City hotel market, driving more than $700,000 in revenue with a multichannel Cyber Monday campaign. The “Countdown to Your New York Dream” campaign utilized an interactive limited-time offer application, email marketing, online media, and social media tie-ins to promote the offer, driving TriumphHotels.com’s traffic to an all-time high. Hotel Pennsylvania – “Selfie in the City” Multichannel Campaign HeBS Digital and Hotel Pennsylvania combined free breakfast, a map of New York City, and a selfie stick to create an extremely successful multichannel campaign. The offer allowed guests to share their NYC experiences on Instagram for a chance to win. Through social media advertising, email marketing, and native advertising on the hotel website, Hotel Pennsylvania and HeBS Digital generated 3,835% return on ad spend and a 700% increase in social media engagement.
