PHOENIX – OCTOBER 7, 2016 – Aspire was named a Finalist in the Most Innovative Company of the Year (10 or less employees) category for the 11th consecutive year in the 13th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the companies they run – worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.

This year, Aspire is receiving recognition for innovation with their entry for their new online learning platform, aspire365 leadership. The tool was developed based upon Aspire's 6 Pillars of Intentional Leadership™ and was created to take advantage of the fundamental shift driven by technology in recent years. aspire365 leadership provides leadership development to anyone with a computer, helping to keep them relevant while positioning them for competitive advantage.

“In the 13th year of the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, the judges were very impressed with the quality of each nomination that qualified as a Stevie Finalist. The competition has grown each year because there are so many high-achieving women all over the world, who serve as an inspiration to those who would like to start, grow or lead a business,” said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of the Stevie Awards. “We’re looking forward to recognizing these outstanding women in New York on November 18.”

Aspire CEO and Chief Instigator Renie Cavallari said, "This is a real win for our team. Once again, we have demonstrated that getting out of your comfort zone and being disruptive has impact. Without innovation, there is no evolution."

More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories. Details about the Stevie Awards for Women in Business and the list of Finalists in all categories are available at www.StevieAwards.com/Women.
