Aimed at the business and leisure traveler, EVENĀ® Hotel Miami Airportāwhich is managed by Coral Gables-based Trust Hospitality, a $37 Million initiativeāis the first of its kind in Florida.

By 2019, Epelboim Development Group will open one new EVENĀ® property in Alpharetta, Georgia, followed by another in Atlanta, Georgia in 2020. The company is also currently working on a 259-room TRU by Hilton in Orlando, FL, right next to the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), as well as a portfolio of other hotel and mixed-use projects in the southeastern United States.
