Miami-based Epelboim Development Group (EDG), in conjunction with InterContinental Group Hotels (IHG), is proud to announce the completion of its newest project: EVENĀ® Hotel Miami Airport.

EVENĀ® Hotels, part of IHGā€™s premier lifestyle hotel brand, offers guests a unique wellness and relaxation experience through its exclusive ā€œEat Well, Rest Easy, Keep Active and Accomplish Moreā€ initiative. From in-room trainers, mounted fitness walls, resistance bands and exercise balls, to yoga mats and blocks, 18+ On-Demand fitness videos, beds with built-in ā€œmood lighting,ā€ ergonomic workstations and moreā€”all in its 190 guest roomsā€”EVENĀ® Hotel Miami Airport is set to be the most comprehensive wellness hotel South Florida has ever seen.

Outside of the rooms, the hotel offers guests 4,000+ square feet of conference space, a full-service industrial kitchen, 140+ covered parking spaces, and a multi-million-dollar pool and athletics complex.

Aimed at the business and leisure traveler, EVENĀ® Hotel Miami Airportā€”which is managed by Coral Gables-based Trust Hospitality, a $37 Million initiativeā€”is the first of its kind in Florida.

"Due to its strategic location and innovative concept, EVENĀ® Hotel Miami Airport was designed outside the characteristics of the EVENĀ® hotel prototype,ā€ says Noel Epelboim, EDGā€™s CEO. ā€œIt is the cornerstone of a long and fruitful relationship with InterContinental Hotels Group, and is pivotal to the expansion of EDG in the southeastern United States. We believe it will be strategic in our efforts to engage Latin American travel. With the recent approval of the stadium, we also see EVENĀ® as the prime destination for athletes and fans visiting South Florida to play in or watch a game.ā€

By 2019, Epelboim Development Group will open one new EVENĀ® property in Alpharetta, Georgia, followed by another in Atlanta, Georgia in 2020. The company is also currently working on a 259-room TRU by Hilton in Orlando, FL, right next to the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), as well as a portfolio of other hotel and mixed-use projects in the southeastern United States.
