Boston, 26 February 2019 – The Five-Star Mandarin Oriental, Boston is delighted to announce the appointment of Jason Paluch to the position of Director of Spa & Wellness. Paluch joins Mandarin Oriental, Boston from the former Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta, where he held the position of Director of Spa & Wellness since February 2016. As the only Forbes Five-Star awarded Spa in Massachusetts, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Boston offers the most exclusive pampering experience and an array of holistic treatments that combine modern techniques and traditional Eastern therapies for body, mind and spirit.
A licensed Aesthetician with a degree in Business Administration from Scottsdale Community College, Paluch is a spa industry veteran with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, having launched his career right here at Mandarin Oriental, Boston in 2009 as Assistant Spa Manager. In 2012, he moved to Mandarin Oriental, New York to serve as Spa Operations Manager; soon after in 2015, he was promoted to Assistant Director of Spa.

Prior to his roles with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Paluch held several wellness positions with luxury Spas including the Golden Door Spa at the Boulders and the JW Marriott Camelback Inn, both in Arizona. He also worked as the Spa Business Manager for Nordstrom Inc. in California. Paluch is an active member of the International Spa Association and sits on several committees within Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
