MINNEAPOLIS—June 25, 2019—IDeaS Revenue Solutions has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune, the state’s largest newspaper. Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions that measure engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 140,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
IDeaS’ parent company, SAS, is well known for its workplace culture. The company was used as a model for workplace perks at Google and has been identified as a “Best Company to Work For” in Fortune’s annual rankings.
The results of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
