As YOTEL Boston, the affordable luxury hotel brand inspired by first-class air travel, continues to evolve its food and beverage offerings, it has announced that Michael Letterman has joined the team as Food & Beverage Director.
With more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Letterman began his career working for iconic Boston restaurateur Anthony Athanas at the General Glover House, Hawthorne, and Hawthorne by the Sea. His former experience also includes leadership positions at Back Bay Restaurant Group, along with his prior role as Director of Operations for Stephanie’s Restaurant Group. Letterman also previously held the role of General Manager of Stephanie’s on Newbury and Stephi’s on Tremont. He most recently opened and managed the Fairmont Copley Plaza’s award-winning restaurant, Oak Long Bar + Kitchen.
