Orlando, Florida, July 30, 2019 – Aqua-Aston Hospitality, a leading hotel and resort management group with properties in Hawaii, the continental United States, and Costa Rica, announced the appointment of Duane Dickson to the role of general manager of Aqua-Aston’s managed Orlando properties, Tuscana Resort Orlando and The Fountains at ChampionsGate.
Tuscana Resort Orlando by Aston and The Fountains at ChampionsGate are both moments away from Orlando’s theme parks such as Epcot®, Magic Kingdom® Park, Universal Studios Florida™, and world-class championship golf courses, including ChampionsGate Golf Club, Lake Buena Vista Golf Course, and Grand Cypress Resort. At Tuscana Resort Orlando by Aston, guests enjoy spacious condominium suites with fully equipped kitchens, a beach-style pool and an onsite movie theater. As general manager, Dickson oversees overall operations at both properties, focusing on administration, marketing, and homeowner associations, with a heightened priority on guest services and an elevated product offering.

Dickson joins the Aqua-Aston team with experience working for notable hospitality brands, including Wyndham Hotels and Spectrum Resorts. Most recently, Dickson worked as a senior property manager at Castle Group, where he played an integral role in handling budget development and leading community operations. He also worked as a general manager at Turqoise Place, located in Orange Beach, Alabama, where he significantly increased employee satisfaction scores, while consistently exceeding income targets.
