Leading independent asset management firm adds depth to leadership team
Washington, DC., October 8, 2019– eXceed Hospitality Asset Advisors, a leading hotel and resort advisory firm, announced today that Jim Biggar has joined the firm as Partner. Exceed distinguishes its advisory service by providing highly experienced principals as sole contact with both the client ownership groups and their respective property leadership teams.

Biggar most recently was Executive Vice President, Hersha Hospitality Management (HHM) overseeing the Luxury and Lifestyle Group, now representing 22 hotels and resorts in major destination markets with three more under development. Prior, he served in corporate positions as President, SIXTY Hotels, Executive Vice President of Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Senior Vice President of Tishman Hotels and Resorts, Senior Director Brand Development Hard Rock Hotels following earlier assignments as General Manager of several hotels including the historic Mayflower Hotel, Washington, DC.
