SEATTLE (October 29, 2019) – – On its 20th anniversary, Courtyard Seattle Sea-Tac just completed an extensive multi-million-dollar renovation to the property with significant upgrades for all guestrooms. “This hotel has always been a traveler’s choice for people coming to the greater Seattle area and these renovations make a great property even better,” said Mark Prince, President of Lodging and Residential, CSM, which owns and manages the hotel.
All 214 updated guestrooms now feature designer décor, larger work station desks with integrated mini-fridges, personal coffeemakers, device charging ports, and flexible seating options to provide more work room and comfort. The property added new large 49” screens that feature Marriott’s new MVP high-definition (HD) entertainment providing travelers access to some of their favorite entertainment content from Netflix and Showtime. All guest bathrooms have also been improved with updated bathtubs and showers, back lite mirrors, and quartz counter tops. All rooms also received added power and USB fixtures as a result of the total makeover.
The property also features 1,662 sq. ft. of spacious meeting areas with three distinct meeting rooms and two breakout rooms. In addition to complete catering services for all events including weddings and banquets, the property has on-site dining at its popular full-service restaurant, Charley’s, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the public and guests with room service available. Even more amenities include a lounge, indoor pool, fitness center, and free shuttle to and from Seattle Sea-Tac Airport.
Long a favorite with business and leisure travelers, the hotel is conveniently located close to Boeing, Kaiser Permanente, NC Machinery, Valley Medical Center, and Westfield Southcenter Mall. The Starfire Sports Complex is less than a mile from the hotel and downtown Seattle is just minutes away via the Link Light Rail. The hotel first opened to the public on August 24, 1999.
