(CHICAGO; Jan. 11, 2020)—First Hospitality, a hotel management, acquisition, development, and consulting company, announces the appointment of Natalie Stone to vice president of business development. Stone brings over 24 years of hotel, restaurant, real estate, fund management, and development experience to her new role.

In her role, Stone is responsible for developing new management contracts nationwide working in collaboration with Jordan Bernstein, who oversees different regions in the same role as vice president of business development at First Hospitality. Stone and Bernstein are tasked with expanding the company’s portfolio of third-party managed hotels.
Before her work with First Hospitality, Stone held the position of vice president of development at Red Lion Hotels Corporation where she was responsible for the growth of the company’s upscale and lifestyle brands. Stone also owned a private consulting firm, Grand Hospitality Consultants, where she focused on creating value for hotel assets. She helped hotel clients increase their revenues by 21% and their satisfaction scores by 34%.
Stone holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University. She is an active member of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, Women’s Professional Network, Hotel Industry Professionals, and the Animal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
