(Saratoga, Wyo.) – MAY 19, 2021 – The award-winning Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection today announced that Darby Kurtz has been appointed as Director of Leisure Sales. Kurtz will oversee the leisure Reservation Specialist teams for the Collection’s three ranches including The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch, named No. 1 Resort Hotel in the Continental U.S. and No. 14 Top Hotel in the World in Travel + Leisure’s 2020 World’s Best Awards; Magee Homestead, a Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Travel Guide Five Star property; and French Creek Sportsmen’s Club, a private sporting paradise. She will also establish and manage third-party relationships with travel advisors, tour operators and wholesalers.

Sitting on 30,000 acres in Wyoming’s North Platte River Valley, Brush Creek Ranch has long been a coveted destination for events and group gatherings and will welcome family reunions, girlfriend getaways, and leisure travel, for the 2021 season on May 19.
As Director of Leisure Sales, Kurtz will oversee all relationships between the Collection’s reservation teams and third-party operators. She will also represent the Collection during the return of tradeshows and industry networking events.
Bringing a decade of industry experience in markets across the country, Kurtz joins the Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection team from Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa in Tabernash, Colorado, where she spent five years serving as Director of Leisure Sales and as Senior Sales Manager. Prior to this she held the roles of Group Sales Manager and Font Office Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and the roles of Banquet Manager and Front Office Manager at Ohio University Inn and Conference Center in Athens, Ohio.

Kurtz holds degrees in Restaurant, Hotel and Tourism/Business Administration from Ohio University. For the last five years she has resided in Denver, Colorado, where she spends her free time hiking, snowboarding and camping.
