Following the recent debut of a fresh new look comprised of expansive amenity enhancements, experiential upgrades and nine new keys, Wyndham will helm a new chapter for the iconic resort that enters its 30th year in 2022.
Australian-born, Wyndham joins Sugar Beach with an impressive global background that spans over 30 years in the luxury hospitality space. Having worked everywhere from Sydney to Dubai and most recently The Bahamas, Wyndham brings a wealth of industry experience to the St. Lucian Resort. In his new role, Wyndham will oversee all aspects of hotel operations for Sugar Beach, working alongside an impressive team that has built the property to be one of the most sought-out resorts in the Caribbean.

Originally beginning his career in Food & Beverage with Ritz-Carlton and Accor Hotels, Wyndham then transitioned into Sales roles within the Four Seasons brand and Jumeirah Group, which led him to expand his hospitality expertise in the United Arab Emirates. He has previously held roles of General Manager of the acclaimed Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley and Vice President of Guest Relations of Atlantis, The Palm. He joins Sugar Beach from his most recent role as General Manager for The Island House in The Bahamas, where he successfully navigated the resort’s strategic development during the pandemic. An avid outdoor adventurer, Wyndham has a passion for authentic, cultural experiences, all elements he will bring to his role at Sugar Beach, where he remains dedicated to elevating the already impressive guest experience.
