MIAMI – APRIL 19, 2022 – The team at Hilton Aventura Miami, a luxury hotel located in the heart of North Miami, is pleased to welcome seasoned industry veteran German Villa as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. With more than 15 years of experience, Villa has a proven track record of leading luxury resorts and teams, including Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Resort & Spa, Trump International Beach Resort and Ocean Point Resort & Spa, among others.

In this new role at Hilton Aventura Miami, Villa will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing, developing strategies for revenue growth, managing and leading sales team members, and working with marketing partners to ensure consistent messaging and communication strategies.

Just prior to joining Hilton Aventura Miami, Villa served as Area Director of Sales and Marketing at Driftwood Hospitality, a hospitality development and management company based in South Florida, focused on branded hotels. Previously, he also served as Director of Sales and Marketing for seven years at the Doubletree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort and Spa and Trump International Beach Resort, both located less than five miles from Hilton Aventura Miami in Sunny Isles Florida. His deep rooted experience in the market provides valuable insight to the region and surrounding areas. In addition, his tenure with multiple Hilton properties throughout his career provides him with established expertise in regard to the brand, its processes and standards.
