Successfully closing the transaction in just 21 days from contract execution. Hawkeye Hotels has gained a reputation for quickly and efficiently closing deals despite challenging debt market dynamics.
With this acquisition, Iowa-based Hawkeye Hotels continues its growth in the North East, making this their third hotel owned and operated in Pennsylvania. The company is positioned to continue acquiring and developing hotels, including an additional upscale extended stay hotel in Erie to add to their recently opened Holiday Inn.
Hawkeye Hotels is expanding in the Northeast after acquiring, developing, and operating dozens of hotels in over 20 states across the United States. “We continue to be bullish on the hospitality market recovery and look forward to seeking out additional opportunities to acquire hotels across the United States”, said Parth Patel Head of Investments at Hawkeye Hotels.
