Situated within the 449-acre award-winning Hartness community, Hotel Hartness will offer an idyllic retreat in proximity to downtown Greenville. Managed by Hay Creek Hotels, the property, as well as Spa H, is set to open winter 2023.
Newly appointed spa manager Tammi Johnson will be responsible for managing operations for Spa H. Johnson previously held the position of assistant spa director at the esteemed Old Edwards Inn & Spa in Highlands, North Carolina and her nearly 20 years of experience working in the hospitality industry also includes serving as spa supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Plantation in Greensboro, Georgia and serving as assistant spa director at the Woodstock Inn located in Vermont. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She continued her education at Florida’s College of Natural Health where she completed all requirements to become a certified massage therapist. Johnson has a proven commitment and dedication to providing superior guest relations through her commitment to building an engaged team and her innovative approach to spa management.

The beautifully appointed spa suites are the first of their kind in Greenville, South Carolina and will provide an unparalleled experience devoted to tranquility and wellbeing. Each one will boast luxurious spa bathroom amenities, aromatherapy diffusers, and a balcony affording views of the water set against the nature preserve among other exclusive offerings. In addition to breathtaking views, the balconies will accommodate in-room massages. The quiet luxury of Hotel Hartness will be seen across the four suites and entire spa, including the comfortable dressing rooms, warm greeting lounge, and sumptuous relaxation area opening to a serene garden with water views looking out to the neighboring nature preserve.
