WAIKIKI BEACH, HI. – July 10, 2023 – The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach has promoted Regan Rosdil to the position of Director of Sales & Marketing. In her new position, she is responsible for leading all of the luxury resort’s strategic global sales and marketing initiatives for the largest Ritz-Carlton Residences in the brand’s global portfolio.
“Since joining our resort five years ago, Regan has been instrumental in uncovering new markets for our resort as well as driving revenue from our group and leisure business,” said Douglas Chang, General Manager. “We are excited to welcome her to the senior leadership team and look forward to her continuing to fulfill our sales and marketing goals as well as leading our award-winning resort to success.”
Ms. Rosdil has more than 10 years of sales hospitality experience. Prior to her promotion, she served as Senior Sales Manager at the resort where she led key efforts in significantly growing its group segment and surpassing its goals this year by 30 percent. Ms. Rosdil joined the resort five years ago as Senior Sales Manager overseeing the leisure and wholesale segments. Prior to this, she held a number of leisure, corporate and catering sales manager positions at other global brand hotels in Waikiki.
Born and raised in Hilo, Ms. Rosdil graduated from St. Joseph School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Chaminade University. Early this year, she was recognized as the Leader of the Year 2022 by The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach.
