Williston, VT – December 12, 2023 – Maine Course Hospitality Group, a leading hotel management company, is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of a new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in the picturesque town of Williston, Vermont, a submarket of the greater Burlington area. This exciting venture is a result of a collaborative effort between Maine Course Hospitality and Redstone VT Property Management, the property’s owner and developer. The groundbreaking ceremony marks the beginning of a project that promises to bring modern accommodations and hospitality excellence to the heart of Vermont’s thriving community.
The new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Williston will offer travelers an affordable extended stay hotel with fully equipped kitchens, spacious suites with all the comforts and conveniences they need. Whether guests are visiting for business or leisure, they can look forward to a warm and welcoming environment that reflects the unique charm of Vermont. The hotel will feature state-of-the-art amenities, including a fitness center, complimentary breakfast, expanded guest laundry and a relaxing outdoor space.
The TownePlace Suites will be located in Finney Crossing just east of the Route 2/Route 2A intersection at the corner of Holland Lane & Market Street in the Taft Corners area of Williston. Finney Crossing is a joint-venture between Snyder Homes and Rieley Properties that is a 100- acre master planned development that includes over 400 apartments, 175 single-family homes, 50 condos, a variety of commercial space including restaurants, grocery, retail, one existing hotel, and over 30 acres of dedicated public park space. The TownePlace Suites will be the only new Marriott product in the Williston sub-market and the first new Marriott product in the greater Burlington area since 2010.
