LOS ANGELES, CA (September 11, 2024) — The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills is pleased to announce Terry Buchholz as the new General Manager for the modern luxury hotel. In his role, Buchholz will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring the seamless flow of day-to-day activities, optimizing processes, and upholding the renowned standard of excellence for which The London West Hollywood is known.

Buchholz brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having successfully led both independent and branded properties. He has spent more than a decade managing multi-property operations, leading new developments, and fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
In his most recent role, Buchholz served as the General Manager at Nobu Hotel Atlanta, where he oversaw daily operations, sales, marketing finance, third-party partnerships and facilities, helping to further position the property as a premier destination for corporate and upscale events. Prior to that, Buchholz was Regional Vice President of Coury Hospitality, overseeing a portfolio of Autograph Collection properties across the U.S., where he oversaw budgets, strategic planning, and development goals. He spent nearly three years as the Managing Director and Asset Manager at Amrit Ocean Resorts & Residences in Singer Island, FL.
Buchholz is relocating back to Playa Vista, California, near the waters of the Pacific with his ten-year-old Australian Red Heeler, Zoe. When not working, Buchholz enjoys spending time being active outdoors and enjoys wellness travel, exploring new culinary options, and anything active that gets his adrenaline pumping.
