Belletti brings two decades of international hospitality experience to this iconic landmark as well as a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in Panama.
In his role as General Manager, Belletti will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. He will also lead the hotel’s dedicated team, focusing on both day-to-day management and long-term growth. Belletti is committed to preserving the hotel’s unique character while enhancing its reputation by offering a seamless blend of history, culture, and modern luxury.

Since 2005, Belletti has been a dynamic presence in the international hospitality industry, holding key positions at several Hyatt properties across Brazil, Singapore, Cambodia, Uruguay, and Mexico. Notably, he led the openings of the Hyatt Regency Guadalajara and Andaz Mayakoba. His leadership has also been instrumental in the success of numerous luxury hotels, including the Grand Hyatt Singapore, Park Hyatt Siem Reap, Hyatt Centric Montevideo, Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro and Grand Hyatt São Paulo. Most recently, Belletti served as the Director of Operations at Hotel La Compañía, where his dedication and vision contributed significantly to the hotel’s achievements.
