New York (June 26, 2013) – Travel Tripper, the leader in hotel direct distribution, announced today that its RezTrip reservation system has certified Bay Lakes Information Systems to interface with the Lodgical Solution Property Management System. Hotels can now seamlessly manage availability, rates and inventory for the RezTrip CRS through the Lodgical Solution PMS interface. Reservation delivery from multiple electronic channels, GDS, web, mobile and OTAs are also available for those interfaced properties.
According to Gautam Lulla, Chief Operating Officer of Travel Tripper, “RezTrip has performed incredibly well for our Lodgical-based customers, and this interface makes it that much easier for them to achieve more aggressive results. We want hoteliers to benefit from powering their distribution with RezTrip in as integrated a manner as possible. Tight integration with property management systems is the best way to make that happen.”
Greg Swain, President of Bay Lakes Information Systems also added, “Lodgical Solution’s interface to RezTrip provides our customers with a rich tool for increasing their online revenues and overall distribution. Integrating our easy-to-use and powerful PMS with the many unique features of RezTrip provides property owners an exceptional solution for their properties.”
RezTrip is the industry’s best revenue generation engine for hotel web sites. Conversion rates and RevPAR have increased significantly for hotels that have moved from legacy booking engines to RezTrip. The platform supports unlimited photos, promotions, fixed packages, room types, and add-ons. It is fully integrated with social media and the guests email to allow shoppers to share travel plans with friends and colleagues. RezTrip also helps recapture lost bookings by emailing potential guests from within the booking engine on behalf of the hotel. Building on the success RezTrip has generated, Travel Tripper launched a new iteration of the booking engine just last week, which has already shown a marked increase in conversion rates.
