Responsibilities:
- Manage, grow, and nurture team of 6+ account managers
- Ensure each Account Manager is set up with goals, KPI. Monitor and guide performance and benchmarks continuously.
- Be able to research/implement online strategy for clients and communicate that to internal teams and clients directly
- Ensure each account is managed efficiently/effectively to continue to deliver high ROI.
- Lead strategic client meetings and website performance review. Suggest marketing opportunities to increase conversion.
- Monitor online campaigns regularly and make recommendations to improve performance and revenue
- Keep current on the latest trends in the search marketing industry
Requirements:
- Masters /BA from accredited college or university; degree in Communication, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred
- Experience in e-Commerce and revenue management
- 10 years of customer service, account management, and team management experience
- Experience working in the Internet marketing field, preferably within the travel vertical or Hotel Industry
- Knowledge of several areas of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including: search engine optimization (SEO), keyword analysis, pay per-click campaigns (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, etc.

- Very strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong time management, project management, and problem solving skills
- Outstanding verbal / written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities
- Insatiable desire to learn and stay current with latest marketing trends
