FRISCO, TEXAS (December 17, 2014) – NewcrestImage announced plans to construct a 132-room, six-story Hyatt House Hotel in Frisco, Texas. Optimally located at the intersection of Parkwood Boulevard and Gaylord Parkway, the upscale extended stay hotel will be within walking distance of the Frisco Conference Center, the Dr Pepper Ballpark, the Dr Pepper Arena, and the Stonebriar Centre mall, in addition to the myriad restaurants in the vicinity.
The hotel will be located less than a mile from the future practice facility and preseason training ground for the Dallas Cowboys, which is slated to open in 2016. The hotel will also be a mere two miles from Shops at Legacy and the upcoming North American headquarters for Toyota, both in nearby Plano, and six miles from the forthcoming Nebraska Furniture Market in Colony, Dallas-Fort Worth’s largest retail development.

The hotel will be the first new-build Hyatt House hotel in Texas, and the property will be built and managed by NewcrestImage, a Texas-based hotel management, development and construction company with 18 other properties in the state, and seven others under development.

When completed this hotel will offer 132 residentially inspired studio and one and two bedroom Kitchen Suites, each offering the home-away-from-home comforts essential to extended stay visitors. In addition the property will offer indoor and outdoor spaces, a living room-like lounge, complementary hot breakfast, and a 24-hour workout room as well as a laundry facilities and a Guest Market.
