The 241-room DoubleTree Suites hotel is located at 110 West 600 South Street and features approximately 6,014 square feet of flexible meeting space as well as a business center, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, guest laundry, 207 on-site parking spots, Stephen’s American Bistro and Bar 110 West. The property recently received over $6M in capital improvements and is in great physical shape, which will only be further improved by HRI’s planned $2.5M of property enhancements.
