(CLEVELAND, September 25, 2015) – Lexington® by Vantage, a collection of inns, hotels and suites in the midscale to upscale lodging segments, is pleased to announce plans to build a 158-room Lexington Inn & Suites in Dania Beach, FL that will be using the brand’s innovative prototype. The hotel will be owned by a Vantage Hospitality affiliate and is expected to break ground soon.

The Dania Beach property, located five miles south of Fort Lauderdale, continues Lexington’s steady growth and follows the recent opening of a Lexington Inn & Suites in Effingham, IL, which was also a new build. Lexington’s leading new construction program includes sleek design features and provides flexibility to meet virtually any environment or site requirements.

“Hoteliers interested in building new will be impressed with the flexibility, affordability and adaptability of our prototype, and how it so uniquely brings together innovation and operational efficiency. We will continue our momentum by soon announcing another new construction project in Florida at the Miami airport that’s currently under PS&A/contract review, as well as two in California,” said Roger Bloss, Founder, President & CEO of Vantage Hospitality Group, which also operates the Americas Best Value Inn®, Canadas Best Value Inn®, Value Inn Worldwide®, Country Hearth Inn & Suites®, Jameson Inn®, Signature Inn®, America’s Best Inns & Suites®, and 3 Palms Hotels & Resorts® brands.

Vantage’s corporate headquarters are in Coral Springs, FL and there are nearly 30 Vantage Hotels located throughout the state, including the Lexington Hotel & Conference Center, Jacksonville Riverwalk – a 323-room property situated on the south bank of the St. Johns River in downtown Jacksonville with 35,000 square feet of event space, which was recently acquired by a Vantage affiliate. The Dania Beach project will further increase Vantage’s presence in South Florida.

“This hotel is a fantastic way to create more awareness and continue our growth in our own back yard and nationally. This property is also a wonderful business opportunity, as its proximity to seaports and Fort Lauderdale’s airport will provide a healthy share of the cruise and business travel markets,” said Vantage COO & CFO Bernie Moyle.

The first floor will prominently feature the Lexington Loggia – a unique, open-air extension of the lobby that will serve as a perfect gathering spot for socializing, relaxing or holding casual meetings. Other amenities will include an outdoor pool on the second floor, a meeting room and fully equipped fitness center.

Offering low, member-driven fees; flexible agreements; and comprehensive revenue management, marketing and sales resources that help maximize ROI potential, Lexington attracts hoteliers seeking an affordable alternative to traditional hotel franchising. Hoteliers also benefit from A Voice and A Vote® in all major brand decisions, reasonable brand standards & PIPs, ongoing training and support, and the most advanced global CRS, powered by Sabre.
