(October 28, 2015) – Forbes Travel Guide Five-‐Star and AAA Five Diamond resort, Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa is proud to welcome General Manager, Noel Daniel, an established leader in the hospitality industry and brings more than 30 years of luxury hotel experience to the leading resort.

In this role, Daniel is responsible for continuing the award-‐winning success, overseeing the day-‐to-‐day management of the resort’s operations team and providing exceptional guest service at the acclaimed destination resort.
Prior to joining Rancho Valencia, Daniel held the position of multi-‐property general manager for Hotel Madeline Telluride (formerly Capella Telluride) and the Inn at Lost Creek. During her time in Telluride, Noel held a board seat representing the lodging community for the master owners association in Mountain Village. She was also a member of the planning committee for the World Cup Snowboarding events. Throughout her career, Daniel has cultivated a strong leadership style and gained expertise from roles such as director of operations, food and beverage director and rooms director for properties including The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera in Vail, Colorado and Casa Madrona in Sausalito, California. Noel earned a BS in Business from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
