Guests can download a customized app, which is able to run on Android or iOS mobile devices, and use it even before they arrive at the AAA Five-Diamond property. Hotel information and digital access to guest services are available through the app, providing guests with everything they need to communicate and make requests directly with the staff. After checking in, they can also access a menu of information and services using ICE Bedside on in-room tablets. ICE transforms each tablet into a multi-purpose service tool with features that range from streaming music to alarm-clock-radio functionality. The ability to present a full digital compendium offers the resort the unique opportunity to gradually replace printed materials in the room as a way to cut costs and promote environmental sustainability.
