SAINT LOUIS, MO, December 21, 2015 – An investment group led by Midas Hospitality, LLC has acquired the 73-room Holiday Inn Express – Sikeston, MO. St. Louis-based hotel owner, operator and developer, Midas Hospitality, LLC will manage the asset.

Opening in 2005, the Holiday Inn Express is located at 115 Hospitality Drive, Sikeston, MO, just off I-60 and the I-55 / I-57 intersection and conveniently located near demand generators, Monsanto, Cargill, Siemens, Orgill, Tyson, Unilever among others. Midas also operates the Hampton Inn & Holiday Inn – Poplar Bluff, located just 45-miles west on I-60. The asset boast 73 guest rooms and suites, fitness center, free breakfast and a heated indoor swimming pool.
