Announced at a glittering ceremony at The South Beach, Singapore, attended by over 400 of the region’s leading industry figures, they are:

Commenting on this year’s award, Matt Turner, Editor-in-Chief of Sleeper Magazine, said: "This year's awards had an incredible response from the hotel design community across the Asia-Pacific region. Over 130 entries were received from 60 projects in twelve different countries. The quality and diversity of the nominated projects is a real testament to the creativity and professionalism of the designers and architects involved, and all those who were shortlisted can be proud of their achievement. The winning projects were a stunning showcase of the best hotel designs in Asia over the past twelve months. We were also honoured to be able to acknowledge Adrian Zecha’s outstanding contribution to the industry over the past five decades."
