Bedford, NH March 31, 2016 – Single Digits, Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Solutions Wi-Fi, BBG Communications’ Caribbean and Latin American (“CALA”) entity, delivering high speed internet access (“HSIA”) services to guests and employees at nearly 100 high-end hotel and resort properties. Included in the deal are three Mexican offices, added to Single Digits’ current office in Tijuana, located in Cancun, Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, along with a team of more than 20 engineering, sales and support personnel situated throughout Mexico, strengthening the company’s footprint and capability in the strategic CALA market.
The combination of Solutions Wi-Fi’s high-caliber sales, technical support, field resources and project management personnel with Single Digits’ world class, Broadband Authentication Platform software and managed services strategically enhance Single Digits position in Latin America.
