CLEARWATER, FL, May 2016—TJM Properities, a leading real estate and hospitality firm, expands its growing hotel portfolio with the purchase of the Crowne Plaza Syracuse, in Central New York. The 276-room hotel will retain the Crowne Plaza flag and continue to offer all the amenities and incentive programs of the Crowne Plaza brand.
The purchase is the latest expansion for the Florida-based company and its fourth hotel in the Northeast. TJM Properties currently owns The Claridge Hotel and Atlantic Club in Atlantic City, New Jersey and The Radisson Philadelphia Northeast. “We are delighted to add the prestigious Crowne Plaza brand to our portfolio and look forward to being a part of the dynamic economic expansion of the Central New York region,” said Cem Erenler, Vice President Hotel Operations and Business Development at TJM Properties, NE. TJM Properties plans to add approximately three new hotels to its portfolio each year.
