Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) has closed on its third and fourth hotel transactions within the Louisville region over the past six months. PLA Managing Directors Adam Montufar, Bennett Webster, and Brent Clemens orchestrated the sale of both the Holiday Inn Express and Candlewood Suites in Radcliff, KY. The two hotels total 146 rooms and are located Southwest of Louisville, proximate to Fort Knox Army Base.
The PLA team members exclusively represented the seller in this double transaction.

The sale of the IHG two-pack in Radcliff continues PLA’s success in the Louisville MSA. PLA expects to continue its momentum in the area with additional engagements within the next few weeks.
