The NEW, small footprint Kube Essentials multi-device charger powers ALL mobile devices including laptops and features upgradeability to next generation charging formats; Visit Kube Systems in Booth 653
[New Orleans—June 21, 2016] — Today Kube Systems unveils a new multi-device charger for guestrooms that features unmatched versatility in its charging output. Not only can the new Kube Essentials alarm clock with multi-function LCD display power ALL mobile electronics, including smartphones, tablets, cameras, and wearable technologies, but it’s AC output enables guests to charge laptops as well. Kube Essentials built-in charging cables are also upgradeable to next generation charging formats, including USB Type-C (reversible plug capability). The unit also features rapid charge smart USB Ports, and wireless Qi charging is an option. Better yet, Kube Essentials is available at a price point that most hotels can afford, and features a compact design that won’t clutter the bedside table.
Kube Essentials is on display in Booth 653 at HITEC, June 21 to 23 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
“No product on the market today offers the combined design versatility, powering capability, price point and small footprint that is available with Kube Essentials,” said Dave Weinstein, Kube Systems Vice President. “Many hoteliers in the lower-tier segments told us that existing solutions on the market were somewhat prohibitive to their budgets. So we went back to the drawing board and designed a new in-room solution that offers a lot more, for a lot less.”
As its name implies, Kube Essentials has everything today’s hoteliers and guests need – and then some. An optional Qi wireless charging pad can easily be added to Kube Essentials, enabling guests to drop and set their mobile device on a large four-inch surface, securely holding and powering any size mobile device.
“We heard customers across the market who told us our Qi Wireless charging Kube Clock was great, but not inexpensive,” Weinstein said. “We are now going to offer a way for these properties to upgrade Kube Essentials with wireless charging at a later date as budgets allow. The replaceable Apple Lightening and Micro-USB flip out cables are twice as long as those on our existing products, and either can be upgraded to USB-C as the market dictates.”
The large LCD alarm clock can be easily seen from across the room and features simple dimming controls. An easy to set alarm dial is located at the top of the unit, along with a snooze and dimmer bar.
“Today we can proudly say we that Kube Systems has a solution for every type of hotel with every type of budget,” Weinstein said. “HITEC attendees looking for an affordable, upgradeable, compact, multi-device charger with optional wireless capabilities at HITEC must stop by Booth 653 to see what today’s travelers consider to be ‘essential’ for their next stay.”
