Bringing over a decade of management and consulting experience, Hagan will devote his skills to assist in the development and implementation of goals, analyze sales patterns and guide the sales and marketing teams in the most effective positioning in order to optimize and maximize the hotel’s profitability.

Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Lexington, Hagan served as General Manager for The Somerset on Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos and The Campbell House in Lexington, Ky., where he was responsible for all hotel operations from managing and motivating staff to marketing and brand culture development. Dedicated to exceeding guest expectations, Hagan helped move The Campbell House TripAdvisor scores 28 spots in 12 months. Most recently, he held hospitality consultant positions at The Brown Hotel in Louisville, Ky. and with The Hartling Group, a luxury Caribbean real estate company. Hagan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Shepherd University.
