FORT WORTH, TX (August 2, 2016) – LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, has named Terri Elorreaga general manager and Julia Moye director of sales for the soon-to-open, 124-room Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth.
As general manager, Elorreaga will not only supervise the hotel’s opening, but oversee the property’s dayto- day operations, manage associate development and work to achieve LBA’s company-wide goal of providing exceptional guest service. A seasoned hotelier, Elorreaga has led Dallas and Fort Worth-area hotels to success for more than 10 years.
A 19-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Moye will head the sales department of the new Courtyard by Marriott, where she will foster new customer relationships within the community. She has successfully held several sales management positions, most recently serving as Director of Sales for the Hampton Inn and Suites Burleson.
“LBA’s leadership team has the utmost confidence that Terri and Julia will be excellent stewards of this custom-designed Marriott property and its staff, taking them to incredible heights,” said LBA President Beau Benton.
Courtyard by Marriott Ft. Worth is owned by Sunbelt – CFX, LLC., and managed by LBA. Upon the completion of construction, the new property will be the 50th that Sunbelt has developed. Architects Bradley, Schmidt & Carn and designers from Studio3877 have custom-designed the four-story property for business and leisure travelers alike. The hotel will reflect the area’s intersection of urban lifestyle and traditions of the Wild West, while staying true to the Courtyard brand’s features travelers have come to know and love. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, outdoor lounge with fire pit, meeting space and in-house Bistro, which will serve breakfast and dinner daily.
Located less than 30 miles from Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport and steps from the Stockyards National Historic District, guests will be a short walk from attractions such as the Stockyards Championship Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum and plenty of shopping and dining options.
