Monique Rosszell is the Managing Director of HVS Toronto. Upon attaining a bachelor's degree in economics from Queen's University, she subsequently enrolled in the Master's program in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne and then attained both her AACI and her MRICS appraisal designations in Canada. She also offers litigation and expert witness support, speaks at numerous conferences, and is a trusted advisor within the lodging industry.

Sunny Choi is an intern at HVS Toronto. Sunny has attained a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph. Prior to her internship with HVS, Sunny held various positions in hotel and restaurant operations with such companies as InterContinental Hotels Group and Starbucks.

Cedric Oberlin is engaged as an intern with HVS Toronto while studying for a Master’s degree in Economics and Society. Cedric earned his Bachelor in International Hospitality Management majoring in Finance from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Prior to his internship with HVS, Cedric held various positions in hotel and restaurant operations with companies based in Europe and North and South America, as well as Russia and Polynesia.
