[Jericho, N.Y., Nov. 8, 2016] — Chefs and hoteliers who thrive on entertaining their dining guests with demonstrative food preparation should visit Ramler International at HX: The Hotel Experience Nov. 13 to 15 at the Jacob K. Javitz Convention Center in New York. In Booth #2654, Ramler will unveil its sleek, portable, stainless steel “Elements Live Cooking Station” that features both induction cooking and warming surfaces and comes in two nested table sizes.
“The creative energy and versatility of Ramler has enabled us to meet the constantly changing needs of hotel food-and-beverage departments,” said Garry Ramler, Managing Director. “Time and again our customers tell us that the sleek and contemporary design of our Elements Buffet Table line would be ideal as a portable live cooking station, especially the nesting capability that is so convenient for properties with minimal storage. So we blended the physical design of these buffet tables with the induction cooking capabilities of our acclaimed Bonsai Live Cooking Stations to create something that today’s chefs and food-and-beverage directors are sure love.
“The new Elements Live Cooking Station is adaptable, stylish, functional and durable,” he said. “Plus, the sleek, minimal lines provide modular flexibility and design architecture, raising the bar of every foodservice occasion.”
The large Elements Live Cooking Station features four interchangeable panels: one built-in commercial induction warner, one built-in commercial induction cooker, and two serving bench inserts. The small unit features three interchangeable panels: one built-in commercial induction warmer, one built-in commercial induction cooker, one serving bench insert and a storage shelf. Both live cooking stations sport a stainless steel frame, touch controls with red LED displays, premium high-pressure laminate finish, and full swivel/lockable casters.
“If you want a choice of presentation options, then the Elements Live Cooking Station is the ultimate addition to any event,” Ramler said. “These easy-to-use induction cookers and safe warming stations glide between heat-resistant compact laminate bench tops, and the integrated concealed wiring makes each station simple to clean. We encourage all HX attendees to come by Booth 2654 to see what we’ve got cooking at Ramler International.”
