Built in 1926 by Chicago’s famed architects, Rapp and Rapp, 32 W. Randolph was originally constructed as a theatre and Masonic Temple. The theatre, occupying the majority of the building’s first seven stories, was originally designed as a 3,250-seat theatre presenting popular first-run movies and lavish stage shows, with the upper floors formerly used as office space.
