(ALBANY, NY) – June 12, 2017 – James C. Frenis, CHA, Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Hospitality Group, LLC (PHG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dale Miller, CMC, WGMC, AAC as Corporate Certified Master Chef.
As Corporate Certified Master Chef at PHG, Chef Miller will be responsible for developing unique concepts and solutions for PHG’s portfolio of full service hospitality properties, including The Wick in Hudson, NY; the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, Drexel Hill, PA; the Courtyard by Marriott, Wayne, NJ; Hotel Northwoods, Lake Placid, NY; and Elk Lake Lodge, Elk Lake, NY, among others.

Chef Miller is an award winning chef with a long and successful culinary career at prestigious restaurants throughout upstate New York. He is one of only 68 certified Master Chefs in the United States and a member of the American Culinary Federation and its Honor Society, the American Academy of Chefs.
