New York, NY (June 20, 2017) – MADE, opening in New York City September 5, 2017, is pleased to announce the appointments of Brian Fahey as General Manager, Diane Black as Director of Sales, Greg Proechel as Executive Chef, and Charles Seich as Food and Beverage Partner.
Brian Fahey, General Manager
With more than a decade of experience in leading first-class operations in the hotel industry, Brian Fahey welcomes his new leadership role at MADE.
Previously, Fahey held Front of House Manager roles at the Crosby Street Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel New York, Lanhgam Place Fifth Avenue, and the The Setai Fifth Avenue. Fahey got his start in the hotel industry at The Mark Hotel
Diane Black, Director of Sales
Diane Black joins the MADE team as Director of Sales boasting an extensive career in hospitality. With her diverse and esteemed path across five major US cities, she has concentrated on entertainment sales specifically for many years. Having spent the last decade in New York City, Black has long held Director of Entertainment Sales titles at such luxury properties as the Jumeirah Essex House, Viceroy Central Park and the New York Palace Hotel.
Greg Proechel, Executive Chef
Greg Proechel will be the Executive Chef at MADE's numerous dining outlets including the restaurant, lobby bar, and rooftop. Previously, Proechel was the head chef of highly acclaimed restaurant Le Turtle in New York City, Blanca, and Mr. Nilsson.
Charles Seich, Food and Beverage Partner
Charles Seich will be overseeing all Food & Beverage operations at MADE.
