NEW YORK, N.Y. – August 24, 2017 – The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park is pleased to announce the appointment of Loic Vince as hotel manager. Joining the hotel from St. Regis New York, Vince is dedicated to leading the operations and working in tandem with General Manager Winfred van Workum of this iconic hotel.
With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Vince joins The Ritz-Carlton from St. Regis New York where he served as director of rooms / six sigma director for the past five years. At St. Regis New York, he led the team to improve rooms CPOR by $5.47 and regain their Forbes Travel Guide Five Star and AAA Five Diamond status, receiving the highest Forbes Travel guide score in North America at 93.42%. As six sigma director, he focused on global and divisional projects, improving food & beverage profitability, and working alongside the General Manager on future operational changes all while increasing guest and employee engagement.
Prior to St Regis New York, Vince worked as a hotel operation manager, food & beverage director, and executive pastry chef in various luxury hotels. A notable leader, Vince has been the recipient of multiple certificates and recognitions throughout his career including Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and KAIZEN Sensei, highest Six Sigma Revenue, Six Sigma Top Five Starwood, Manager of the Year, and more.
In his spare time, Vince enjoys boating, scuba diving, and spending time with his family.
