GATEWAY, Colo. (September 27, 2017) – Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa, a luxurious world-class destination in the heart of the American West, today announced the appointment of Jocelyn Farmer as spa director of The Spa at Gateway Canyons, the property’s full-service spa. Farmer joins the Western resort with a wealth of experience in the spa and hospitality industry, including several successful management positions.

She was then promoted to retail supervisor and again to spa operations manager, building a team of 35-40 employees and managing daily operations, profitability, and the spa’s treatment product inventory.
Bringing her skills to the Caribbean, Farmer then served as a spa consultant for ESPA at the Baha Mar hotel in the Bahamas, assisting the general manager and the finance and IT teams. Prior to joining The Spa team at Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa, Farmer thrived at Acqualina Resort & Spa as assistant spa director and then as spa director.
