Executive Chef Vaccaro brings 28 years of F&B experience to brand new Autograph Collection Hotel slated to open winter 2018
SARASOTA, FL – OCTOBER 2017 – Art Ovation Hotel, an Autograph Collection Hotel slated to debut in Sarasota, Florida this December, has announced Dominic Vaccaro as Executive Chef to oversee the hotel’s food & beverage operations.
Pending the property’s highly anticipated arrival, Vaccaro is taking the lead in launching the area’s newest restaurant, as well as designing the menus for the rooftop pool bar, banquets and catering, and room service dining.
Dominic Vaccaro holds an exceptional record of achievement as an accomplished leader and innovative chef in the culinary industry. Accumulating over 28 years of progressive experience in culinary management encompassing multiple operations in several locations, Vaccaro most recently held a role as the Owner and Executive Chef of EDGE Foods in Colorado. Prior to this, he climbed up the hospitality industry ladder with various roles, from Sous Chef up to Executive Chef at multiple Hyatt Regency properties in Colorado, Texas, Florida, and Missouri.

Art Ovation Hotel will be the newest addition to downtown Sarasota when it debuts January 2018. The 162-room boutique hotel will be an Autograph Collection Hotel, and plans to make its mark as Sarasota’s signature hotel of the arts – embracing and celebrating the city’s diverse range of visual and performing arts.
