Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, a AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five-Star resort has appointed Arielle Feinberg Spa & Leisure Director. In her new role, Feinberg will manage Eau Spa, the award-winning 42,000 square foot lifestyle facility known for its trend leading “pause, play, perfect” philosophy and will direct all leisure activities at the oceanfront luxury resort, which include Eau Tennis facilities and Aquanuts and Coast children’s and teen programs. Feinberg has more than 15 years of luxury spa expertise and a particular affinity for South Florida, as the region where her career and passion for wellness were initially launched.

Most recently, Feinberg served as general manager of Haven on the Lake, a mind-body wellness center in Columbia, Maryland, where she successfully managed the 27,000 square-foot facility and lead a team of more than 120 employees. Previous to that, Feinberg held the position of director of spa and recreation at The Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Florida, where she oversaw daily operations of a 14,000 square-foot spa, 25 luxury cabanas, fitness, wellness and children’s programming.
Throughout her career she has held director level positions in spa and fitness at Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa, Rancho Santa Fe, California; Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida; Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Singer Island, Florida and The Bath Club in Miami, Florida. A certified Master Personal Trainer, Feinberg also served as director of the U.S. Marshals Fitness Facility where she led training of U.S. Marshals.
Feinberg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Language and Linguistics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She is a passionate leader who thrives on investing in and inspiring teams, which then flourish. In her downtime she enjoys spending time with her husband, making her twin boys laugh, discovering the next invigorating workout and naturally, watching the ocean.
