GREENBELT, Md., February 6, 2018 – Chesapeake Hospitality, a dynamic third-party hotel management company, announced today it has been selected to manage the Holiday Inn Arlington at Ballston, owned by Ballston Hotel Associates, LLC. Chesapeake Hospitality President Kim Sims made the announcement.
The 221-room hotel features an outdoor pool, 5,000 square feet of meeting space, business center, fitness center, and an on-site restaurant, The Silver Leaf Restaurant, which serves freshly prepared regional American favorites incorporating local produce. In addition, the hotel’s cocktail lounge, Silver Leaf Lounge, offers a variety of seasonal domestic and craft beers, as well as a wide range of wines and spirits.
