DALLAS (May 16, 2018) – Petro Tower Grill, a full-service restaurant and bar in the Cambria Dallas Downtown hotel, announces Nathan Enders as Executive Chef.
With more than 10 years of culinary experience, Chef Enders comes to Dallas from the Cambria Chicago Magnificent Mile, where he served as Executive Chef for four years under Fillmore Hospitality, the management company of both Cambria Dallas and Cambria Chicago hotels. Prior, Enders held chef positions at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Downers Grove, Illinois, and the Hotel Arista in Naperville, Illinois. Before joining the hotel industry, Enders gained experience at Moto, a fine dining and molecular gastronomy restaurant on Fulton Market in Chicago.
Enders earned a culinary degree at Western Culinary Institute – Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland, Oregon.
