Dave Jenner has served in several financial roles before being named Chief Financial Officer at MMI, but his responsibility in growing Interstate Hotels, now the largest hotel management company in the world, from 10 to 200 properties and going through an IPO provides great understanding of what partners need in order to scale appropriately.
Rich Byrd serves as MMI Hotel Group’s Vice President of Operations, a role critical not only in how hotels and restaurants are run, but also in how the MMI culture is continuously cultivated in the hearts and minds of its team members. Rich knows a thing or two about the secret sauce of hospitality. His former experiences in the industry included being named Marriott’s full-service General Manager of the year and leading a hotel which generated the highest guest satisfaction survey in the entire country three different years.
Micajah Sturdivant, President of MMI Hotel Group, recognizes that a company’s legacy is not static.
