NEW YORK, NY (October 11, 2018) – Renowned hotel brand and management company Dream Hotel Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Lynn Griffith as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Griffith is responsible for developing, delivering and promoting best practices in human resource management for Dream Hotel Group and its portfolio of lifestyle brands: Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, The Chatwal and Unscripted Hotels.

Based in New York City, Griffith will oversee all of Dream Hotel Group’s human resources operations, including organizational development, talent management and development, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, as well as executive HR analytics, at locations across all Dream Hotel Group’s brands. Griffith has worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years, most recently serving as Regional Director, Human Resources at Journal Hotels.
Griffith previously held leadership roles in the human resources departments of Two Roads Hospitality, Kimpton Hotels and the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York. She also has experience working at Hospitality Talent Scouts and the New York Palace. Griffith earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a Minor in Psychology from Saint Bonaventure University in New York.
