June 23--Conrad Hilton, the younger brother of Paris Hilton, was arrested Monday on suspicion of violating a restraining order taken out by his ex-girlfriend, authorities said. Officers responded to a reported restraining order violation about 4 p.m. in the 2300 block of Jupiter Drive in the Hollywood Hills, said Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Officer Mike Lopez.
